About Sonique Fitness
Welcome to Sonique Fitness, where we're all about improving your fitness and wellbeing in ​fun and unique ways. Our founder, Sonia Smith, started this amazing venture in 2010 and ​since then we've helped countless people achieve their fitness goals.
We offer a variety of face-to-face and online fitness classes, as well as personalized training ​sessions, workshops, well-being and lifestyle coaching. Our goal is to bring the fun into your ​life and help you feel your best, both physically and mentally.
Our classes are designed to cater to everyone's interests and fitness levels. From the high-​energy CLUBBERCISE and ZUMBA, to the targeted TUMS, BUMS N GUNS and BOXING ​BOOTCAMP, we've got something for everyone. And if you can't make it to our live classes, ​don't worry - we also offer on-demand classes and a private Facebook group membership.
But fitness is not just about working out your body, it's also about taking care of your mind. ​That's why we offer mindful flow classes like NR-CHI Xpress and Relax & Release, which are ​perfect for renewing positive energy, releasing unwanted stress and tension, and promoting ​positive mental health and wellbeing.

Meet Sonia Sonique Smith
Hey there! I'm Sonia, the founder and creator of ​Sonique Fitness. I'm a proud mom of two grown-up ​sons, Bradley and Leo. As a Fitness Professional for ​over 20 years, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and ​experience.
I'm driven by a deep desire to help others feel good ​inside and out and to love themselves just as they are. I ​have a crazy energy that I love to share with the world. ​I truly believe that health is wealth and every moment ​is a treasure. That's why I live every day to the fullest ​and never take anything for granted.
I'm obsessed with learning about all things related to ​energy and I'm probably the most enthusiastic, ​optimistic, and positive person you'll ever meet. My ​motto in life is simple: "Be the energy you want to ​attract." So let's spread positivity and good vibes ​together at Sonique Fitness!
Meet Sharon Adams
Hey there, it's Sharon! I've been an instructor at Sonique ​Fitness for seven amazing years now!
I fell in love with group fitness as a participant and the energy, ​support, and encouragement from Sonia inspired me to pursue ​certification. In 2016, I became a certified Clubbercise ​instructor, and since then, I've gained certifications in Blockfit, ​Insanity, Zumba, Pilates, yoga, personal training, and nutrition.
I absolutely love teaching group fitness. There's a special kind ​of magic that exists in that room that you won't find anywhere ​else. It doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, or how ​"fit" you are. We're a team, and the buzz you get from this ​experience is priceless.
My motto in life is simple: "Adventures are the best way to ​learn." So let's embark on an adventure together at Sonique ​Fitness and let's learn, grow, and have fun!

With six varied workouts per week, you can join us ​either live in the Zoom room, via Facebook live or ​catch up later during the day.
All the workouts will remain in our private Facebook ​group for you to view and access at any time.ext
RockBox is a unique fitness class that elevates ​interval training to new levels. Combining ​boxing and drumming for body sculpting, this ​full-body workout, set to classic and modern ​rock tunes, provides a stress-relieving therapy ​session. With a focus on fat burning and ​overall fitness, RockBox incorporates boxing ​for a full-body workout and uses non-​weighted drumsticks for toning. The carefully ​selected rock tracks and class structure offer ​both physical and mental benefits, making ​RockBox a therapeutic experience for a ​healthier mindset. Participants leave feeling ​accomplished and confident, making RockBox ​more than just a workout—it's therapy.
You'll work up a sweat in a darkened room ​with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of ​club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest ​chart hits. Clubbercise routines are a mix of ​dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-​follow and always have high or low impact ​options to suit all fitness levels. You'll use a ​pair of our trademark flashing LED glow sticks ​throughout the class, these are both reusable ​and recyclable so much more environmentally ​friendly than the single-use ones. It's all about ​fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, ​keep it simple and enjoy the music.
Boxercise is a fitness program that blends boxing techniques with ​traditional exercises. It's a group workout involving activities like ​shadow boxing, bag work, and agility drills, aiming to improve ​cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Boxercise ​is non-contact, providing a fun and engaging way to get in shape ​through boxing-inspired movements.

These ladies have you laughing and having lots of fun whilst burning calories, they definitely make exercise fun and leave you coming back for more. 4 years later and I love classes more then ever! Words are not enough to describe how grateful I am to these 2 ladies. They work so hard behind the scenes and bring more than enough energy to fill the Albert hall to each and every class. I started nervously going on my own knowing I needed to make some physical and mental changes. I was welcomed with open arms and made to feel like part of their fitness family right from the start. 6 months on and I am so addicted and not that shy lass at the back of the class anymore. My confidence has rocketed because I feel safe to be myself in these classes. So much fun and I cannot thank them enough for the changes it's made to me. 100% recommend theses classes I did the NR-CHI Friday, and am still feeling amazing... I loved the combat and the beatbox the most... but also at the end she did some mindfulness and I was blown away we open up our minds and leant to let go of any negative thoughts we had in our bodies...I had been holding on to theses thoughts for over 10 years and I just felt that it was time, like she gave me permission to let it go.... and I did... and OMG 2 days on I sleep better I wake up better ... Thank you for bringing me at peace.

Best trainers in the UK they spread their energy and uplifting personalities around the room. They have probably helped more people than they imagined. Everyone is made welcome and they are passionate about everything they do. I have tried lots of classes over the years but these are the best and I am sooo glad I found them. In Barnsley. Always feel good after a sweaty session with these two. Ya just love it .

Sonique’s sessions are a really good way to start the day for me. Really energising. Personal. Friendly and accessible online. I go for a half hour swim Tues Wed Thurs and gym Fri morning after my sessions. I think I’ve discovered free time in the day I didn’t realise I had before! I’ve tried desperately to get a fitness routine going after work but I’m always shattered or need to run around after the kids & dog so it was always sporadic. Thanks to a recommendation from lovely friend, I think this is a new habit I’ll stick too. Thanks Sonique for keeping me interested and stretching my body and mind which were otherwise sleepy and lazy. I’m just working up some fitness and courage to come to Clubbercise! Xx
